To eat alone
Sometimes you just want to eat a real meal and be alone for a while. Hitori de taberu means eating alone in Japanese, and this restaurant concept is inspired by Japanese ramen shops. Each guest has their own booth and their food is served through a hatch that opens directly into the kitchen. The booth has a touchscreen menu from which you order the food, contact the staff and make your payment. In the booth there are also cutlery, spices, napkins, reading lights and a charging station for the mobile phone or computer.
